I recently had the pleasure of staying at a charming accommodation nestled in a peaceful area. This hotel truly captured the essence of value for money, providing exceptional service and attention to detail. The rooms were immaculate, with all the necessary amenities and a great view of the surroundings. But what truly stood out was the full breakfast spread, featuring an impressive selection of local treats. From the tantalizing display of ten different local cheeses to the use of fresh and genuine local products, this hotel made sure to start the day off right.
All was more than okay, making my stay truly exceptional.

During my recent business trip, I found an excellent small bed and breakfast in the beautiful region of Franches Montagnes. the owners welcomed me like family and were very helpful with local information. the clean and spacious room had a fantastic view from the balcony, providing a comfortable stay. In the morning, I enjoyed a fresh breakfast buffet with a great cheese selection. the ample parking was a significant advantage.
While the location is well-exposed with morning sun, it is slightly far from the train station.

It was a great city break experience! the owners treated us like family and made us feel very welcome. the breakfast consisted of fresh local produce, and there was a beautiful view from the balcony. the location was ideal for exploring both nature and culture aspects of the region, with plenty of nearby attractions to choose from.
That it was a bit of a walk from the train station, so it might not be the best option if you're carrying a lot of luggage. transfers might be possible, although we didn't explore this option.

The breakfast was decent, and I enjoyed the fresh bread. The location was pretty good, just a few minutes' walk from a bus stop. The free WiFi access was also a plus.
The room was really small and not very comfortable. The bathroom was tiny, and the shower wasn't very effective.
